Planning a weekend trip later this summer with a group of girlfriends. We’re all early to mid 30s and have been friends forever, but we’ve never traveled together as a group.
I mentioned early on that I’d prefer my own hotel room with my own bed and bathroom. I can afford it, and honestly I just really value having my own space to unwind. One friend joked that we should all share rooms or else I “hate” them, which I laughed off, but it stuck with me a bit.
Curious how others handle this. Do you prefer your own room, or are you fine sharing on girls trips? I love my friends, I just also love quiet decompression time after a long day. My husband can definitely confirm that 😅
