Tried updating my Spirit account last name after getting married. Chat queue shows a 4 hour wait. Four hours.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. I’m just going to upload the documents, leave the tab open overnight, and see if anything magically updates by morning.
Feels wild there’s no buried self service page for this. Or maybe there is and I just haven’t found it yet.
