Just saw the latest Henley Passport Index, and it’s honestly disappointing that the U.S. passport has dropped to 10th place. Used to be that we could hop across borders with ease, but now with fewer visa-free options and that hefty $250 visa fee for visitors, travel’s becoming a bureaucratic mess. It’s not just annoying it’s a real barrier for spontaneous trips or last-minute travel needs.
For those of us who travel often, this definitely changes how we plan. Business trips might need more lead time, and vacation options might shrink. Has anyone here already run into issues because of these changes? I’d love to know how you’re adjusting your travel plans with this shift in passport power.
