Turkish Airlines told me my bag transferred. It didn’t. Now zero answers.

Flew internationally on Turkish with a connection in Istanbul. My first flight arrived late, so I asked staff if my luggage made it to the next flight. They told me yes.


Got to my final destination and immediately received a text saying my bag was not loaded.


Annoying, but fine. Stuff happens. What’s driving me crazy is trying to get any real information. Every time I contact support I just get “your issue has been transferred to the relevant department.” No details. No location. No timeline.


I don’t care about departments. I just want to know where my bag is and when I’ll get it.


Has anyone had luck actually getting updates from Turkish when luggage is delayed?
