Got rebooked last minute from DEN–ORD–ALB to DEN–CLT–ALB after a delay. My boarding pass clearly showed TSA PreCheck, but when they scanned my ID at security, it didn’t register. The agent said, “sorry, it’s not showing up in the system.”
Been a PreCheck member for years and never had this happen. Could the rebooking have stripped it somehow?
