I finally gave in and visited the Heart Attack Grill on the Las Vegas Strip, and honestly, it’s an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment you walk in and get handed a hospital gown, you know this place is more about the spectacle than the food. I went for the Quadruple Bypass burger ridiculous in size and the lard-cooked fries. The butterfat milkshake was almost dessert and meal in one. The kicker? If you don’t finish, you get punished by a costumed nurse. Let’s just say I didn’t escape unscathed.
It’s absurd, a little uncomfortable at times, but very Vegas. Definitely not an everyday meal, but if you’re into over-the-top dining experiences, it’s worth trying once. Anyone else brave enough to finish the Octuple Bypass?
