Planning a trip to Gdansk in May and saw Wizz Air flies from there to Turku, which is perfect since my sister lives there. Normally it’s Helsinki and then extra travel, so this looked ideal.
But I’ve been reading that Wizz changes flight dates and times quite a bit.
We’d be in Gdansk 4 days, then only 2 days in Turku before heading back to the UK via Helsinki with Finnair. So if the Wizz flight moves a day earlier or later, it kind of wrecks the whole plan.
For those who’ve flown Wizz recently, are schedule changes really that common? More than other budget airlines? Or is it just something that happens occasionally like with everyone else?
Just trying to figure out how much of a gamble this is.
