I’ve been a longtime Alaska flyer (75K Gold) but after this weekend’s tech meltdown, I’m seriously thinking about jumping to Delta. My flight got canceled Thursday night, lost about $1K in nonrefundable hotels, and my rebooked flight to SEA today was delayed twice after boarding.
Can’t reach support (13-hour wait time!) and the app won’t even let me cancel the original flight. Just done.
Has anyone switched to Delta and found it better especially if you’re based in Seattle?
