This would drive me crazy.
I bought my ticket back in September specifically because it said changes were allowed anytime, just pay the fare difference. Now the option to modify the flight is suddenly gone online.
I called customer service and got the classic “technical problem” excuse. Funny part is they said they can change it for me over the phone, so clearly the system works… just not for customers.
It’s 2026 and this still feels like such a lazy answer. Has anyone found a reliable way to deal with Air France KLM support when this happens?
