I always thought the Mile High Club was just a cheeky fantasy people joked about on long flights, but apparently it’s alive and well in Las Vegas. The Love Cloud takes couples up in a private Cessna for an hour at exactly 5,280 feet. Instead of cramped airplane bathrooms, the cabin’s fitted with a bed, heart-shaped pillows, and all the honeymoon vibes. Prices start around $1,500, which is steep, but I guess that’s the cost of privacy in the sky.
It’s wild to think how air travel went from glamorous to stressful, but this feels like a throwback to the idea of romance in flight. I’m curious though would anyone here actually consider booking something like this for the experience? Or does it sound too kitschy compared to other romantic splurges?
