Still waiting on a KLM refund after a month

Booked a flex return ticket to Asia at the end of November and paid through iDEAL. Canceled about a week before the flight, got a refund receipt, and the website shows the refund as “processed” but no money has shown up.


After several chats and calls, KLM first said they couldn’t find my booking or refund request. Then they opened a claim on Dec 12, closed it on Dec 23, and told me it could take up to three billing cycles. Still no update or follow-up.


Anyone else had this happen with KLM? How long did your refund actually take to show up?
