I’m honestly done with Alaska after this week. My PDX–SAN–JFK trip turned into a nightmare. The first leg got diverted to ONT, we sat there for hours, and both follow-up flights got canceled. I was supposed to be in First, but ended up in Main after they said I’d get a full refund.
Now they’ve only given me a partial voucher, and I’ve spent 7 hours today just trying to reach the right person. I even missed their “callback” that never actually rang. Whole trip ruined and I’m still out the money.
