My girlfriend was traveling from Berlin airport to Dresden last week, only two stops. When she got off and went to grab her suitcase from the luggage hold, it was gone.
The driver just told her to file a report on the website, which she did, but there’s been zero follow-up so far. My guess is someone grabbed the wrong suitcase by mistake and their bag is still riding around on the bus. Worst case, someone just stole it, but that feels less likely.
Has anyone dealt with this before with FlixBus? Is there anything else we should be doing to improve the chances of getting it back? There were some important personal items in there, so we’re really hoping it turns up.
