Rebooked our cruise by phone after canceling an earlier one, confirmed multiple times, and even called about the app not working. Flew from Chicago to Miami ready to sail the 2025 Colorful Curaçao voyage, only to be told at the terminal we were actually booked for 2026.
Staff at the port were kind and tried to help, but apparently we weren’t the first this happened to. Add in our Hilton overbooking our hotel that same night… it was just a disaster. Definitely a reminder to triple-check everything before traveling, even when you think you already have.
