Bit of a stressful situation and hoping someone here might know what to do.
I booked a Ryanair flight back in October 2025 for a trip on June 27, 2026 from Cologne to Barcelona (FR2508). When I recently logged into the app, the flight was no longer showing in my account.
The bigger problem is I no longer have the email with the reservation number, so I can’t look it up that way. I contacted Ryanair customer service and they told me they couldn’t find any booking under my details and said the flight wasn’t booked.
But I definitely paid for it.
Is there any way to recover the booking reference if you lost the confirmation email?
