I usually have pretty good experiences with Air France, but my recent round trip from CDG to LAX left me wondering.
On both flights there was one cabin crew member who was surprisingly rude. On the return flight it got pretty uncomfortable. She kept bumping into my 4-year-old who was fully in her seat, even dropped a bag from the overhead while moving things around, and when I asked her to please be careful she acted like I was being unreasonable.
Then somehow I was skipped during both meal services.
I’m based in Paris so AF is usually the easiest option for long haul, but this experience honestly made me hesitate a bit about booking them again.
Curious if others have noticed a change with Air France crews lately or if this was just really bad luck.
