Qatar cancelled the outbound leg of my return trip due to the conflict. I had to overnight at Heathrow and fly the next day.
Am I right in thinking I’m owed a full refund for the cancelled outbound leg plus reasonable expenses from the delay?
The bigger issue: they told me to process the refund online, but the website forces me to cancel the entire booking, including the return. I absolutely don’t want to cancel the return because my family is still booked on it.
Can I insist on a refund for just the cancelled outbound sector and keep the return intact?
I’ve been on hold for over two hours and I’m exhausted. Has anyone dealt with this before?
