No boarding pass after equipment change, should I worry?

Flying out of CDG later today and just got a notice about a 50 minute delay plus an equipment change. Seat was reassigned but still in business, so no downgrade or anything like that.


Now the app says it can’t issue my boarding pass and tells me to go to a kiosk or counter instead. Haven’t run into this before and not sure if it’s a big deal or just a system thing after the aircraft swap.


Is this normal, or does it mean I should get to the airport earlier than usual
