Name mismatch on first flight, will “xyz g” vs “xyz” be a problem?

My company booked my ticket and it has my name as “xyz g,” but all my official documents only have “xyz.” First time flying, and now I’m worried if this will cause issues at boarding. Flight is Delhi to Bangkok from T1.

Anyone know if this kind of mismatch gets flagged?
