We’re flying Manchester Zurich to São to Paulo to Buenos to Aires next month. Lufthansa moved our Zurich–São Paulo flight an hour earlier, leaving us almost no connection time.
I’ve called over 20 times since September asking to switch to an earlier Manchester–Zurich flight (happy to pay the difference), but they keep saying “tickets will be reissued” and nothing ever happens. Written complaints to Heathrow and Frankfurt went unanswered, and the CAA just bounced us to the German arbitration service that won’t help until after the trip.
Has anyone actually gotten Lufthansa to fix an “involuntary change” in person at a ticket desk? Thinking of flying to Munich just to get someone to sort it out.
