Left my wallet on a Ryanair plane. Tracker shows it flying around Europe and no one will help.

Forgot my wallet on a Ryanair flight from Bergamo to Vienna. Realized it literally right after leaving the arrivals area. I know exactly where I left it, seat number and all. Even worse, the wallet has a tracker, so I can see where it is in real time.

Airport staff told me to just fill out a lost and found form and wait. Ten hours later, nothing. In the meantime, I watched my wallet fly from Vienna to Paris. Contacted that airport. Same answer. Then it flew back to Milan. Same response again. Ryanair keeps telling me to contact the airports, and the airports keep telling me to wait for the cleaning crew.

At this point it’s been in three different countries, so clearly no one is actually checking the seat or doing anything with it. I can literally see it moving and still can’t get anyone to help.

Does anyone have any actual advice on what to do in this situation, or is this just a lost cause?
