Just renewed my passport and went through updating my info with airlines. JetBlue is the only one giving me trouble.
When I try to update my passport details in my TrueBlue profile, I can’t select an expiration date beyond 2035. This happens both on the website and in the app.
I reached out to support and they basically told me passport info can only be edited on the website by the customer, which is exactly what I’m doing… so not helpful at all.
I’m not traveling internationally anytime soon, but this feels like a system bug. Has anyone else run into this with JetBlue, or found a workaround?
