Booked a round-trip on ITA, flew Bari to Milan on Sept 16 no problem. Now they’ve canceled my return, claiming I never took the outbound. Totally false, I was on that plane.
They’re asking me to prove I boarded, and my return’s less than 24 hours away. Still waiting for a call back, stressing I’ll get stranded.
