After this last one, I think I’m tapping out. On Symphony of the Seas in St. Thomas we were told to show up before 7am, sat in the theater forever, and didn’t actually board the boat to St. John until 8:30. No coffee, no breakfast, just “go wait in the giant line at the café.”
I tried to change one name on the booking and they made me cancel and rebook at the new (double) price… and then nobody even checked names when we boarded. Why did they make me do that?
Then the ferry back showed up half an hour late, so everyone just baked in the sun. Classic RCL excursion vibes.
Honestly, too pricey, too crowded, too slow. Independent operators are cheaper, easier, and actually run on time.
