Stayed 2 nights in Sept on a cash + points rate (€824 + 24k pts). Location’s perfect right on Via Tornabuoni, near Santa Trinita bridge. Staff were kind but clearly stretched; no real elite recognition besides fruit and water in the room.
Suite was huge (2 beds / 2 baths), charming but a bit worn think peeling wallpaper, dated gym, and slow service. Definitely not true five-star polish, but still comfy and super central.
For €800 + points, it’s an incredible value. Just don’t expect Four Seasons-level service. Great base for Hyatt loyalists burning points before heading somewhere fancier.
