If A380 is suspended on DXB–DPS, will Emirates add more 777/A350 flights and could that affect Dubai Connect eligibility?

Emirates temporarily suspended A380 service to Bali (DPS). I’m looking at itineraries via DXB and EK368 gives the shortest overall travel time but also a long layover that makes me eligible for Dubai Connect (since the layover is 8+ hours).

If Emirates adds an earlier DXB–DPS flight (777/A350), could that make me ineligible for Dubai Connect if a shorter connection becomes available? Also how likely is it that Emirates replaces A380 capacity with extra 777 frequencies vs different aircraft?
