I’m being considered for a new job that would let me finally pursue my dream of traveling. The catch is that my boyfriend (we’ve been together about six months) wouldn’t be able to join me because of his job.
When I went home for the holidays without him, he struggled with the two weeks apart, so I already know this conversation might be tough. I haven’t been officially offered the job yet, but I want to bring it up early so it’s not a shock if it does happen.
