How long of a layover do I need at LAX for an international to domestic connection?

I’m arriving at LAX on an international flight at 11:15am and then need to catch a domestic flight on a separate booking. I’ll need to collect my bags and recheck them.

I do have Global Entry. The domestic flight departs from Terminal 4.

Given all that, what’s a realistic minimum layover I should be looking for at LAX? I’m trying to figure out how tight is too tight.
