For the last two days Hawaiian’s IT glitch has been blocking Known Traveler Numbers, so no TSA PreCheck. My boarding pass even showed the icon, but TSA said it wasn’t in their system. Ended up stuck in the regular line and nearly missed my flight.
PreCheck is a paid service and this isn’t TSA’s random selection thing, it’s Hawaiian’s own system failing. Getting tired of how sloppy things have been since Alaska took over.
