Flight’s in about 5 hours and one of us has a seat assigned, the other just says “seat assigned at gate.”
Now I’m stressing about being bumped. If it’s oversold, what actually happens? Would they split us up if only one seat is confirmed? Or could we both get denied boarding?
If worst case we are bumped, can I book another flight myself and claim it back? There’s basically no availability left today which makes it more stressful.
Just trying to understand what our rights are here and what usually happens with Ryanair in this situation.
