Woke up last night with a bed bug on my neck, then found two more on the beds. Super gross. They moved me to a new room and the staff has been nice, but they offered 25k points, then bumped it to 40k when I pushed back. No offer to cover dry cleaning.
Not sure if that’s reasonable or way too low. Kinda shocked honestly.
