I got an email saying that GoWild and Discount Den purchases would count toward the 12,500 points needed for the Platinum status challenge.
I made the purchases, earned the points, and then called to confirm everything was applied correctly. That’s when they told me those don’t actually count. Completely different from what the email said.
I escalated to a supervisor and then a manager, and still nothing. No one was willing to fix it or honor what was advertised.
Pretty frustrating to chase a status challenge based on their own promo and then be told it doesn’t apply.
