Thinking about getting the Frontier card mainly for the free checked bags. I know it gives Gold status the first year, but I’m confused about how you keep Gold after that.
Roughly how much regular, everyday spending would it take in a year to maintain it? Not talking about Frontier purchases, just normal spending.
Also I’ve seen people say you sometimes get the best flight deals when applying for the card. How does that work exactly?
Appreciate any real world experience before I pull the trigger.
