Flew this weekend and yeah… WiFi is basically unusable now that it’s free for anyone with a Rapid Rewards account. Couldn’t load a thing the entire flight.
Pretty obvious they didn’t upgrade the system to handle the extra load. Another “perk” that ends up being a downgrade for A-List Preferred folks
