Planning my first solo trip and ran into a problem getting from Copenhagen to Oslo.
Flying from Ireland to Copenhagen on March 31 and staying there for three days. The plan was to take the train to Oslo on April 3 before flying home. Flights and hotel in Copenhagen are already booked.
When I went to book the train, I found out there’s rail work starting early that day and the line will be closed for a few days. The ferry also looks fully booked.
Right now the options seem to be an 8-hour bus or just flying to Oslo, which kind of defeats the idea of taking the scenic train route. I’d be open to a longer route through Sweden or even staying a night there if that works.
