Booking our first Emirates long haul in November on the A380. We’ll have a newborn with us, so I’m debating whether to upgrade my wife to Premium Economy so she’s a bit more comfortable with the baby.
For those who’ve done this before, is it usually cheaper to upgrade during booking? Or do you sometimes get better offers closer to check in or at the airport?
I’ve heard airport upgrades can be hit or miss, but not sure how pricing usually compares.
Also open to any general tips for Emirates long haul with an infant. Bassinet seats, seat selection strategy, anything you wish you knew the first time.
