Not sure if I’m missing something here. I checked my Alaska booking and saw an offer to upgrade to first class for $88. Sounded great.
Clicked through and when I selected seats, the total came out to $240 for two people. That’s a pretty big jump. Is that $88 plus taxes and fees, or is it more like one seat is $88 and the second is way more expensive?
The pricing just feels confusing and not very clear. Curious if anyone’s seen this before or knows how Alaska is actually calculating these upgrade offers.
