Finally tried Polaris on MEL-LAX after years flying Delta One. The seat and PJs were solid, crew was amazing, and the cooling pillow was a nice touch. But the food… rough. Beef was inedible, wine list didn’t match the menu, and no mid-flight service at all. Breakfast was even worse (corn fritter with blueberry yogurt?).
WiFi barely worked, headphones were useless, and the Polaris lounge in LAX felt just like a regular SkyClub. Hard to see the hype right now. Anyone else had a better Polaris experience lately?
