Flew recently and was told, “You’re not on PreCheck today,” which confused me since I’ve had Global Entry for years. Turns out my KTN had somehow moved into the Redress Number field after the Alaska/Hawaiian system migration.
Moved it back to the right spot, and all good now. Might be worth double-checking your profile if you’ve flown since the switch.
