I’ve been eyeing a Carnival Breeze cruise out of Galveston for a while, so it stings a bit hearing about the early 2027 cancellations. I get that drydock maintenance is essential ships aren’t floating hotels without upkeep but it must be frustrating for those who had long-standing plans already booked. It’s always a gamble booking that far in advance, right?
That said, I’m still tempted to try a Carnival trip once Breeze is back and shiny again. Anyone had their cruise affected by a drydock schedule change? How did Carnival handle it? I’d love to hear how others have navigated these last-minute cruise hiccups.
