Was supposed to fly to Puerto Vallarta on 02/26 but after what happened there, I’m not going.
We booked Saver fares. Called Alaska and they said since flights are still operating tomorrow, there’s no refund or credit option right now.
I get that Thursday is a few days away and nothing is officially cancelled yet. I’m not trying to argue policy, and I’m prepared to eat the cost if I have to. Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation where security issues escalated and you were eventually able to get a credit once things developed?
Or is it basically “if the flight operates, Saver is gone”?
