Can you bring whey and creatine on Air France to Paris?

Flying IND to Paris with Air France and planning to bring whey and creatine for about 15 days.

Domestically I’ve never had an issue carrying a few days’ worth, even though creatine is a white powder. But I know international can feel different.

From what I understand, protein powder and creatine aren’t banned items. The main thing is security screening, especially with powders in carry on. Large amounts of powder can get extra inspection. Keeping it in original, sealed, clearly labeled packaging is usually your safest bet.

You might also consider putting it in checked luggage to avoid extra hassle at security.

Anyone flown AF internationally with supplements and had issues?
