I’ve got a Lufthansa ticket AMS to MUC to Charlotte, all on one booking. With all the delays and cancellations at Schiphol right now, I’m worried the AMS–MUC leg could mess up the whole trip.
The thing is, I’m already in Munich. Would it be possible to call Lufthansa and just take the MUC–CLT flight without flying the first leg? I know skipping flights usually cancels the rest, but wondering if they’ll make an exception if I contact them in advance.
Has anyone successfully done this, or know the best number to call to sort it out? This whole situation has been pretty stressful.
