Trying to book a somewhat complicated itinerary from Vancouver to Europe and back. One of the flights won’t show up on the website but does show in their phone system, so calling in seemed like the only option.
Three calls so far. Three times I get connected to an agent. Three times I’m abruptly hung up on mid conversation.
First time I assumed it was a technical issue. Second time, annoying but maybe bad luck. Third time… yeah, now it feels intentional or like they just can’t be bothered dealing with anything complicated.
Anyone else run into this with Lufthansa phone support? Or found a workaround when the website won’t show flights that agents can see?
