Flown AA’s A321neo a bunch lately and keep running into the same problem: seat straps busted so the cushion sinks in. Always seems to be in Main Cabin Extra. Super uncomfortable after a while. I let the crew know when it happens but it’s wild how often I’ve seen it lately.
