Booked Emirates without my middle name… is that going to be an issue?

my passport my middle name (my mom’s maiden name) is included as part of my given name.

When I booked through Cheapoair, it only asked for first and last name, so I didn’t include my middle name.

Now I’m stressing a bit. Will this be fine since first and last match? Or should I request a name correction to be safe? I’ve heard Cheapoair charges fees and I’m not sure how much that usually is.

Has anyone flown Emirates without their middle name listed and been okay?
