On a United flight from Newark to Los Angeles, the boarding process was done in an unusual way. Passengers seated in rows 30 and above were allowed to board first.
Pre-boarding passengers in those rows went first, followed by groups 1 through 4 also seated in rows 30 and above. After that, the airline started boarding the passengers seated below row 30.
The boarding order caused confusion and frustration among people waiting in line.
