With all the schedule changes this week, a lot of us got hit.
This person said they originally needed a name change and phone support was useless after hours on hold. Messaged Spirit on X, sent proof, and it was fixed in about 30 minutes.
Same thing with the recent flight changes. Website showed nothing available, Google showed seats, agents on X first said no options. Checked again the next day, earlier flight popped up, messaged them, and boom, change confirmed fast. Even grabbed Big Front Seats.
Return flight is still rough, but at least the outbound got fixed.
Seems like social media support is way more effective than calling right now.
