Had the roasted chicken with truffle on SQ211 and it blew me away. Layers of chicken thighs, port wine sauce, mushroom ragout, and roasted fingerling potatoes, honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had on a plane.
Almost ordered my usual wagyu yakiniku BTC but glad I tried the Christmas menu special instead. Seriously, if it’s still available, try it. Unreal flavor for airplane food.
