Booked a BA Business Flex fare that was clearly shown as “fully refundable” during booking.
Afterwards I checked the actual fare rules and it turns out it’s not refundable at all beyond the 24 hour window.
Feels really misleading, especially since it’s presented the same way as fully flexible fares.
Luckily I caught it in time and cancelled, but definitely didn’t expect that.
